1. Introduction

These Terms apply to your use of the following Reach Group LLC platforms:

  • Our official website, www.reachfaithapp.com (“Site”), including any online store features.
  • Our mobile applications are available for download from a unique link provided by your Church Organization (“Apps”).

Both the Site and Apps are owned and operated by Reach Group LLC, a company registered in the USA. Throughout these Terms, references to “Reach Group LLC,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “platform” refer to the Reach Group LLC entity responsible for providing these Services.

By using our Site or Apps, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms, policies, or guidelines linked or referenced here. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Reach Group LLC app, or by browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Reach Group LLC.

If you do not agree with these Terms or with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or the Apps.

2. General Information

Reach Group LLC offers a personalized church organization app that includes a Learn section to allow you to explore scripture, a Prayer section to allow you to post your own prayers and comment on others prayers, a Message section where you can send and receive messages with the faith leaders in your congregation, a Watch section where you can see videos your faith leaders posts and Serve section where you can learn about new service opportunities around you. You can learn more about what we offer by exploring our Site or App.

You may download and use the Reach Group LLC App if you are 16 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 16, we reserve the right to delete the account and any related data.

We may update, pause, or remove certain features or parts of our Services at any time, at our sole discretion. This could include discontinuing a specific feature or temporarily suspending access to the platform to protect Reach Group LLC and its users.

3. App Updates and Functionality

We regularly release updates to the Reach Group LLC app that may include new features, performance improvements, or bug fixes. We strongly recommend keeping your app up to date, as some features may not work properly—or at all—without the latest version.

Since the app relies on an internet connection, its performance and availability may be impacted by network conditions or other factors beyond our control. Reach Group LLC is not responsible for any connectivity issues or interruptions you may encounter.

You’re responsible for using a compatible device and for any data charges from your mobile or internet provider related to your use of the app.

As with any software, occasional bugs or errors may occur. While we do our best to resolve known issues, we can’t guarantee that the app or website will be completely error-free or that all issues will be fixed immediately.

At times, the app may integrate with third-party services, these features are optional and outside the core functionality of our app. Because they rely on third-party systems:

  • We’re not responsible for their performance or availability.
  • These integrations may be modified, disabled, or removed at any time, and no refunds will be provided for such changes.

4. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The content provided through the Reach Group LLC website and app is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional guidance, or licensed therapists.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Reach Group LLC is not providing medical or professional health advice, and our Services are not a replacement for consultation with a doctor or qualified expert.

You should always consult with your physician or another licensed healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions about a medical condition. You should never:

  • Ignore medical advice or delay seeking it based on something you’ve read or seen in our app or on our site.
  • Use our Services to diagnose or treat a medical issue.

Using Reach Group LLC does not create a doctor-patient or any other type of professional healthcare relationship between you and our team.

5. Access to Our Coaches

In addition to the spiritual resources, you will have access to in-app messages to send to us. Depending on the subject of your message, either our customer support team or one of our coaches may reply to you. We have the discretion to decide whether your message is referred to a member of our coaching team. We aim to reply to you as soon as possible.

You agree not to send:

  • an unreasonable amount of messages to our coaches or sent repeated/spam messages; or
  • obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, exploitative, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive messages to our coaching team.

We may suspend your access to message us in the event that we think you are in breach of this fair usage policy. We may also send you messages from time to time.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Reach Group LLC website and app only in accordance with these Terms, and in line with all applicable laws, regulations, and accepted practices in your country of residence. Our platform is intended solely for personal use, and your access is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You agree that you will not (and will not try to):

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter any part of the website or app.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform in any form or by any method.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
  • Access the Services using anything other than the official Reach Group LLC interface, including using bots, scripts, or web crawlers.
  • Attempt to access our internal systems or engage in actions that could damage, interfere with, or compromise our network or platform security.
  • Collect personal data from other users through the app or website for any purpose.
  • Copy or resell any part of the platform or any Reach Group LLC branded products or services, including any names, trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.

7. Reach Group LLC Online Store

From time to time, we offer products through our website, such as subscription gift cards, branded apparel, and other Reach Group LLC merchandise. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

We may limit or restrict shipping to certain countries at our discretion. If you place an order to a destination we do not currently ship to, your order may be canceled and refunded. Depending on product location and availability, items may be shipped from the United States.

If you are ordering from outside the USA, you are responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may apply in your country.

Our full return policy is available on our online store. In brief:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Interaction with Other Users

Reach Group LLC may include features in the app that allow you to connect or communicate with other users. While we encourage positive interaction, you are solely responsible for your own communications and behavior within the app.

Reach Group LLC is not responsible for the actions, content, or messages of other users, and we are not liable for any disputes or issues that arise between users.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action — including restricting access or suspending accounts — if a user violates these Terms.

9. Subscriptions & Cooling-Off Periods

We may offer a free trial from time to time for new organizations. Free trials are limited to first-time organizations only and can be used once per organization. The duration of the trial will be clearly specified at the time of sign-up.

When subscribing, you’ll choose a monthly or annual plan. Please review your choice carefully, as subscriptions cannot be changed once purchased until the end of the billing cycle or renewal date.

If you’re located in a country that grants a cooling-off period by law, please note: by subscribing, you are explicitly requesting immediate access to the app and its content. As a result, you acknowledge and agree that this waives your right to cancel during any cooling-off period.

10. Referral Codes

We may occasionally offer referral codes that provide benefits such as extended free trials or discounts on Reach Group LLC subscriptions. These codes are shared at our sole discretion and are valid only under the specific terms and conditions communicated with the code.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw referral codes at any time without notice or compensation.

11. Payments & Refunds

How your payment is processed and how you manage your subscription depends on where and how you signed up.

Subscriptions via the Reach Group LLC Website

If you subscribed through our website your account will be set up automatically on a renewing subscription basis.  To stop auto-renewal, go to the Manage Subscriptions section of your Admin console. It’s your responsibility to cancel in time to avoid being charged for the next cycle — we recommend doing this at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Once auto-renew is turned off, you’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.

Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 14-day (2-week) refund policy for all new subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting us at info@reachfaithapp.com.

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. If we do so, we’ll contact you by email to explain the reason.

  • If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If we close your account for any other reason, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid time.
  • After the 14-day refund period, subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to provide the service as described.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Reach Group LLC website and apps strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use.

All content on the platform — including visuals, audio, videos, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Reach Group LLC or its licensors. By using our services, you do not acquire any ownership rights to this content, except as specifically permitted in these Terms.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reach Group LLC makes no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including the accuracy or performance of the website, apps, or any information, tools, or features provided;
  • Any guarantees based on prior usage or business dealings;
  • Assurances that your access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

The website, app, and all related content are provided “as is”, and you use them at your own risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. You can always check if the Terms have changed since your last visit by referring to the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

By continuing to use the Reach Group LLC website or app after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing them regularly to stay informed.

15. Additional Terms

By using the Reach Group LLC app, you confirm that you are:

  • Not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and
  • Not listed on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited parties.

You agree to receive all communications from us electronically (via email, app notifications, or through the website). These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such messages be in writing.

We reserve the right to transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity — for example, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale.

If any part of these Terms is ever found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that section will be removed or adjusted, but the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Reach Group LLC regarding your use of the website and app and replace any prior agreements.

Our decision not to act on a breach of these Terms does not waive our right to take action on future or similar violations.
